they crack pretty easily Feb 06, 2010 I love them when they don't crack. They do exactly what they claim to do by keeping in the fizz.
bottle tops Jan 30, 2010 I thought these looked handy. I gave them out. I am still waiting for responses.
Work Very Well! Jan 24, 2010 Snap Capps work really well, but are a little hard to get off the can.
Spill proof, but does not keep soda fresh Jan 11, 2010 This cool product does great at turning a soda can into a bottle. However, I was unable to preserve the carbonation in this device. It may be the case that the extra air space in the lid is the culprit rather than a leak, but I am not sure. Also, if you forget to open the soda can first, there is much fun to be had trying to remove this or open the can. This is a novel product but does not function practically to preserve fizz.
I do not like to write poor reviews. But in case i took the chance on buying this only knowing it probably would not work well and it met my expectations. Hopefully this will save someone a few dollars.
On the positive side, I have found that the Beverage Can Resealer product works perfectly and I highly recommend it if you are interested in preserving soda.
leaks!!! Nov 22, 2009 These things leak! seriously, they can't handle the pressure from carbonated drinks. the concept was great, that's why i bought them, but practically, they aren't designed well enough. They are pure plastic, which means no real seals. Once you take a sip, you'll see that the soda will stilll be sitting along the edges that the bottle top connected to, these fluids will leak slowly and even faster if you close the cap. the pressure will build up and cause the soda sitting at the seams to be pushed out! luckily i only drink diet soda, i don't have to worry about it being sticky, but you will make a mess and it will be sticky.
