4Killer card, my son will be surprised  Dec 17, 2009
5000 Attack & Defense points, this will be the highest card in my son's deck. I'm not big on the card games, but this card has the most points I have ever seen.

5Value is in the eye of the beholder!  Apr 12, 2008
This game is a relatively new event in the life of my pre-teen son. He has two of these Dragon cards that he is very proud of. After having joined the Upper Deck Yu-Gi-Oh league, we found out how difficult this game is to play. Funny, though, he was the only under-13 year old there!!

Studying these cards and this game as a whole, has helped him focus and practice study skills in a way that he finds fun and enjoyable. So, although I am not looking forward to getting one of these for my birthday, I am more than happy to see my child exercise his imagination in a productive (and comparatively inexpensive) way.

1I can't understand what kids see in these cards  Oct 06, 2007
I have nothing against these cards but I am unable to understand why would a parent have to shell out so much money just to buy a 2.5" X 4" paper card, pay shipping and have to withstand kid's question "When will it arrive". The kid was delighted. But I was sad at the waste of money.
